Questions

Questions, answered

What exactly is Creotrax?
Two tools in one account: Client Gallery — polished, proofing-ready photo galleries you deliver to clients — and CreoDrive — cloud file storage and sharing for everything else: RAW files, films, contracts. One upload, one place, one link.
What does it cost?
Creotrax is free while it’s in early access. When paid plans arrive, Drive will keep a free tier, and early-access users will hear about pricing before anything changes.
How do clients use a gallery?
They open your link — no account needed. They can view, heart favourites, request retouches and comment. Downloads can ask for an email first, carry a PIN, or be switched off entirely; you choose per gallery.
Is my work protected?
Previews can carry your studio watermark until you turn it off. Private Drive shares verify the recipient with a one-time email code, every download link is signed and expiring, and your account supports two-step verification with device management.
Who builds Creotrax?
A working wedding photography studio in Brisbane, Australia. Every feature exists because a real delivery day needed it.
